ALMOST COMPLETED, deceived Feb. 14, 7.45 p.m. London, Feb. 13. Uerman demobilisation is almost completed, except as to 100,000 still in the East. The, 1916-17 classes will be disbanded on February 15, and only the 1918*19 men, numbering 459,000 are left as a standing army, in addition to the volunteer army of 300,000 which is being formed, whereof the eastern frontier defence force consists of 90,000. The Inter-Allied War Council is expected to announce the new armistice conditions, which will place Germany beyond the possibility of resuming hostilities; The conditions may include the Allied occupation of the Rhine, the reduction of the German army to 20 divisions, the establishment of a line between Germany and Poland beyond which neither may pass, and the surrender of additional German artillery. A LAST RENEWAL. Paris, Feb. 1?. Tlie Allies have decided to renew the armistice 1 for a brief period, with the right of suspension if Germany fails in any stiuplation.
