HUXTLY MINERS REFUSE WORK By Telegraph.—Press Association. Auckland, Feb. 13. The miners at the Extended Coal Mine at Himtly refused to work this morning, claiming that there were not sufficient empty trucks for a full day's work. T!w employers discussed the position.
