THE HAWERA SHOW.
No visitor to Hawera should miss seeing the beautiful collection of cups and trophies now on exhibition in Morris the jeweller's window in Union street, the property of the Egmont A. and P. Association, and is for competition at the Hawera Show on February 20th and 27th The whole collection is valued at 185 guineas, and is by far the finest lot oi trophies ever offered at once by any Association in Taranaki. There is no doubt that the Committee of the Egmont A. and P. Association are out to attract exhibitors to their sliow . No class has been forgotten and now the Committee offer a S guinea trophy to the competitor scoring most points in live stock classes (harring competitions ot course.) Tn home industries a splendid list of prizes is to hand including a points prize of £5 6s to exhibitor scoring most points in cooking classes.
The stewards are nearly all experienced in their work and know the ne<vt« of exhibitors and are prepared to give them every assistance. The recent rams have dene an enormous amount of good to the Society's fine grounds and an abundance of ireen feed is secured, For profit ot for nleasure remember the Hawera Show, February 26th and 27th.
