ROYALISTS DEFEATED. NAVY REMAINS LOYAL. London, Feb. 10. The President of Portugal, in a message to the Daily Chronicle, states that the only Royalist success was at Oporto and in certain small northern localities. The navy remains entirely loyal, and is blockading the Royalists with fatal effect. ROYALIST LEADER WOUNDED. Received Feb. 11, 5.5 p.m. Lisbon, Feb. 9. During the fighting at Vizier, the Royalist leader, Paiva, was wounded.— Reuter.
