A welcome home social is to be tendered to several returned soldiers on Friday evening in the Rahotu Hall. For the PWMion Mr N O. Andrews will show a special picture programme. A dance will follow for which good musk will be provided. Since the formation of St. Mairy'a Art Needlework Guild six vears ago, the members have been working steadily to I'iiild up a fund for erecting a Bew'and up-to-date Paris Hall and Sunday School room The annual sale, wh-'eh has hitherto been held in November, had this year to bo postponed on account of tho influenza epidemic- It has now been decided to hold it on the 20th insi, in the Vicarage grounds, where the various stalls will be set up, and afternoon tea will be served.
