AERIAL TRANSPORT. A BIG PROPOSAL. Received Feb. 9, 5.15 p.m. New York, Feb. 7. The New York Herald's Washington correspondent states that the formation of a Government-owned aerial transport, corporation, capitalised at fifty million dollars, is planned. The organisation will control 800 million dollars of the surplus aviation material belonging to the army and navy.—Aus. and N.Z. Cable Assoc.
