Mr M'Carthy gave reserved judgment in the case George William Bonsche, trading as the Micrometer Scales Company, who proceeded against the Supply Stores Company for £BO 2b. Judgment was given for defendant, the magistrate remarking that the failure of plaintiff to state that the scale would probably be banned in he near future wan deceitful and fraudulent.
