OWNERS THREATEN TO CLOSE IT DOWN. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Greymouth, Last Night. There was no change today in the position at Blackball mine, the men going underground as usual, but no coal is being got out. The management, however, to-day dismissed a few of the men. The miners have as yet made no move to submit the dispute to the local dispute tribunal. A miners' meeting is being held to-afght. Twenty-one men refuse to resume production on Monday.
