TAKING VOTES OF SOLDIERS.. By Tslefraph.—Press Autniutin. Wellington, Last Night. A Gazette Extraordinary contains tna following amending regulations as to taking the votes of members of ths Expeditionary Forces for the special licensing poll: (1) For the purpose of the poll to be taken in Great Britain,'pursuant to principal regulations, the High Commissioner shall, wherever in his opinion it is practicable so to do, appoint two scrutineers for each polling place; (2) clause 13 of the principal regulations is hereby revoked; (3) except as provided with respect to the poll in Great Britain and in New Zealand no person shall be appointed to act as scrutineers at any polling place appointed for the purposes of the pricipal regulations
