THE DRIVERS' DISPUTE. Wellington, Last Night. At a meeting of the executive council of the Amalgamated Society of Railway Servants to-day the following motion was earned: "This council having heard the report of its delegates on the transport workers' advisory board, wish to extend its sympathy with the drivers in their reasonable demands for an increase in wages, and wishes them every success in their ell'urts to obtnin a living wage based on a forty-eight hour week, and is prepared to support them in their efforts.
