Zealand are uissatisfied with tho settlement and disposition of the German colonies. Although they have obtained the right to set as mandatary Powers iu the administration of the colonies, the Dominions hope to obtain further powers on tho ground that they have already succeafuily administered tho colonies. It seems probable that Australia will ask the "big five" for the Tig Tit to apply its own administration to Now Guinea, in order to safeguard the Commonwealth from the danger of cheap Asiatic labor and immigration.—Aus.
