At the Supreme Court Thomas Albreclit was charged with manslaughter concerning the death of his mother, whom ho is siild by the prosecution to have struck, thus causing her deatu. Accused dnuieii having struck his mother, and said he was on good terms with her. Sue was subject to liis, and on tiie nigiu of the trouble she fell to the floor The jury disagreed, and a new trial was ordered.
