INFLUENZA' DEVELOPMENTS. Received Fab. 2, 6.5 p.m. Sydney, Feb. 2. Owing to the Government's stringent precautions the epidemic is making, but little headway in New South Wales. Only four suspects were notified yesterday, whereas 148 new cases were reported in Victoria, where the total has readied 912. Thero were three deaths vosterdavi Aiu. r.nd N.Z. Cable Assoc.
