RETURNED SOLDIER'S DEATH. By TJograph,—Press Association Taihape, Jan. 30. A returned soldier named John 'Baglev, aged about 33, who has been missing from his home since the evening of January 2S, waa found dead in the Hautapu River, near Taihape, by the police at- 5 o'clock this morning It is presumed that as his hat was found there he had fallen from a cliff into the river 100 ft. below, but there were no abrasions or bruises to indicate such a fall. He leaves a wife and three children. An inquest will bo held this afternoon,
