INDEPENDENCE OP PHILIPPINES.
Received Jan. 29, 10.30 p.m. Washington, Jan. 27. It is reported that Mr. Harrison, Gov-ernor-General of the Philippines, ia coming to Washington to press for the ratification of the plan to give independence to the Philippines. He expects to obtain President Wilson's support.—Aus. N.Z. Cable Assoc.
