Received Jan. 20, 7.30 p.m. London, Jan. 28. United Press messages from Berne report serious dissensions between the north and south German delegates to the National Assembly. DEPORTATION OF BOLSHEVIKS. Received Jan. 20, S.-15 p.m. New York, Jan. 27 Buenos Ayres telegrams say that fourteen hundred prisoners, charged with Bolshevist activities, are aboard a cruiser awaiting deportation. The majority are Russian Jews.—Aus. and N.Z. Cable Association
