Order in Council, made and issued by His Excellency the GovernorGeneral in Council on the 30th day of July, 1918, under the authority of the above Act, it was determined that the respective duties by way of Income-tax and Special War-tax, leviable under sections 0 and 7 respectively of the said Act, should be paid in one sum on Wednesday, the stli day of February, 1919, at the office of the Commissioner of Taxes, Govrenment Buildings, Wellington; and, in accordance with such Order in Council, I hereby give notice that the said duties will be payable accordingly. Additional tax will accrue if the tax is not paid on or before 2Gt.h February, 1919. The liability to pay ia not suspended by any objection. The tax should be paid on or before the prescribed date, and any re- , fvnd necessary will be made later. If | not paid, additional tax will accrue. | Note.—IMPORTANT.
