Order in Council, made and issued by His Excellency the GovernorGeneral in Council on the 30th day of July, 1918, under the authority of the above Act, it was determined that the respective duties by way of Income-tax and Special War-tax, leviable under sections 0 and 7 respectively of the said Act, should be paid in one sum on Wednesday, the stli day of February, 1919, at the office of the Commissioner of Taxes, Govrenment Buildings, Wellington; and, in accordance with such Order in Council, I hereby give notice that the said duties will be payable accordingly.
