Captain Tuppcr, international organiser for the Seamen's Union, stated that all parts of the world, except Austria and Germany, had called a groat niaii meeting to be held in London on February 24, which would demand that the Kaiser he turned over to an International tribunal on a charge of piracy on the high seas. "If tlila is not granted, you may look out for a general walk-out on the seven seas." —Router.
