BULGARIAN OUTRAGES. London, Jan. 23. Official Serbian sources state that the commission 'investigating outrages committed by Bulgarians in Serbia brought to light appalling atrocities. Names of responsible officers were secured. Among other crimes people were burned alive, and women's flesh torn off with pincers. Others were flogged, tortured, and raped. In another district 500 were stabbed to death with knives and bayonets.—Reutcr Service.
