TRANS-SIBERIAN RAILWAY CONTROL
New York, Jan. 23. Despatches from Valdivostoek state that the Americans will control the trans-Siberian railway from Porgraniohana to Omsk, under the agreement for international control, the British will control from Omsk to the battlefront, the French control extends over the Khabarovsk section, and Jarpanese from Blagoviestchensk to Chita. —Aus.-N.Z.
