SAD CASH OF SUICIDE. Christehnreh, Jan. 25. An inquest >vas held to-uav on John llrown. a suiivKMii. wlio was iound hanging on warehouse premises. .'allies Hign'ins staled that Brown lnd had a terrible experience during the influenza epidemic period, having lost his wife and son, his wife's father, and two brothers-in-law. These had nil been laid lip in Urown's house, and Brown had assisted in nursing them. He-seemed to brood over the experiences, and became very gloomy and silent. Witness did not think Brown had any intention of doiir; awav with himself, and never heard him make mention of such a possibility.
Another witness said that T'.rown was a thoroughly conscientious man and a reliable workman. He complained that he had not been able to sleep well of late. He was very depressed yesterday.
The coroner recorded a verdict that deceased committed suicide by hanging during a fit of melancholy consequent on severe domestic afl'lictions.
