CAUSE OF BOLSHEVIKS' DEFEAT.

London, Jan. 23. The successful advance of the Bolsheviks towards Petrograd is an important defeat of the Bolsheviks, due partly to the trouble in Petrograd and partly to the disaster at Perm. The British have handed to the Esthoniuns the captured torpedo 'boats, which are being used against the Bolsheviks' flank.—Aus. N.Z. Cable Assoc. BOLSHEVIKS' ATTACK.
