PUBLIC NOTICES. BOROUGH OF NEW PLYMOUTH. SPECIAL LOAN OF £IO,OOO. •pHE Council of the Borough ofNew ! Plymouth hereby gives publicnotice that it proposes to borrow by way of Special Loan the sum of £IO,OOO. The particular purpoae for which the loan is required is: TO form Streets and Footways, and generally to improve the streets and footways, in the Borough. The .sum 'to be borrowed for such purposes is £10,000,, at a ratei of- intereat not exceeding £5 10s per centum per annum with a sinking fund of one and a half per centum additional. The proposed security for the said loan of £IO,OOO and the interest and sinking fund thereon is an annually re-' curring special rate of Twopence in the £ on the annual value of all rateable property in the said Borough, and it is proposed to repay the said loan on the Ist day of October 1926.
