Received Jan. 23, 65 p.m. New York, Jan. 20, Evening telegrams from the Geneva correspondent repciTt that, according to a despatch from Lausanne, several tierman and Russian Bolsheviks, armed with passports to Paris, were arrested because they plotted to compass the death of .M.
