REPATRIATION MATTERS. MEN 'lO RETURN WITHIN TWELVE MONTHS. Melbourne, Oan 23 At a conference oi Commonwealth .and State Ministers, Senator Millen stated that to date 70,000 men have returned from the front Of these seven per cent, expressed a desire to settle on the land. There are still 197.000 abroad, the great, bulk of whom will return within 12 months. He expressed the opinion that Australia is ripe for new sural industries.
