EVERYBODY', 5 !. EDITH STOREY IN "TREASURES OF THE SEA." Another good all-round programme is showing at Everybody's to-night and tomorrow night. The principal film is the excellent Metro production "Treasures of the Sea," in which the versatile and accomplished star, Edith Storey, takes the leading part. It is stated tliat Miss Storey has never had a, more enjoyable vehicle than "Treasures of the Sea." It has romance, mystery, action and surprise, and that atmosphere of the great outdoors which is the natural setting for this brilliant actress and superb sportswoman. The sea forms a picturesque background. Wild and beautiful scenery adds to the effect of the vigor of the action in this production, the picture beiri£ taken on the Californian coast, where the gold fever of the early mining days was at its heig'ht. All the players supporting Miss Storey are men who play roles of striking virility In addition to this film feature there is a particularly funny comedy "Lonesome Luke, Mechanic."

JACK AND THE BEANSTALK." The great Fox Pantomime film "Jack and the Beanstalk" successfully opened at the People's yesterday. The season continue-, for a brief duration a3 follows: —At the People's to-night at S and finally to-morrow at I.So p.m., and at Everybody's for one exhibition commencing' it 2.15 to-morrow. This huge spectacular production was eight months in the making amidst the vast reaches of the California mountains and forests, anil in Old and New Mexico and Hawaii. It cost over 500,000 dollars, and is directed by C ?X and S. A. ]•* anklin. Ovor 13,000 children, boys and girls, took part in the Fairy Village, aa villagers and King's retainers. It is a picture of irresistible charm and should not be missed by any lover of art and drama. The spectacular part of the film is nothing short of marvellous.
