STORMY MKETFSTO OF SHAREHOLDERS. Loudon, Jan- 17. At \ ,stormy meeting of JJtury Lane shareholders, the directors proposed a resolution acceepting Mr. Allied Butt's offer. Mr. Fulliver addressed the meeting and offered £155,000. Another manager telegraphed an offer of £160,000.
