LABOR AND SOCIALIST CONFERENCE.
MR. HENDERSON INTERVIEWED. QUESTION OF GERMAN AND RUSSIAN DELEGATES. Received Jan. 20, 5.5 p.m. New York, Jan. 17 The United Press correspondent at Paris interviewed Mr. Henderson while en route to Berne to attend th> International Labor and Socialist Congress on January 27. Ho said tlie British Government had practically supported the proposal that the German and Russian delegates should be admitted to the congress. The Allied Laborites had drawn up a. programme which they would submit to the repiW-ntatives from Teutonic and neutral countries. It vaz hoped America would be represented, but Mr. Gompers ( American Labor leader) had not. yet expressed his intention. —Acs. NJZ. Caible Assoc.
