'The New York Times Washington correspondent states that the iatate Department has announced that an agreement has been reached at Tokio for the joint Allied control of the Chinese and western Trans-Siberian railways. The United Slates, England, France, Italy, Japan, China and Russia will each have I one representative on the controlling I commission. The Omsk Government will name the Russian representative.
