The Hungarian Government has demanded the extradition of Prinee Louis Windischgraetz for the misappropriation of four million kronin from tho secret service funds, also for other thefts of public moneys. Prince Windischgraetz was confidential adviser to the ex-Emperor Charles, and later acted in Switzerland as head of the counter-revolutionary party aiming to replace Charles on the throne, which is another reason for Hungary's desire for his extradition "*"*
