Austria has handed over to the Italian Armistice Commission one and a-half billion lire, which was removed at the outbreak of the war to Vienna from the banks in Trieste and the Trentino.— NOTE TO AUSTRIA. Received Jan. 20, 12.30 a.m. Vienna, Jan 15 A French Government's Note has been received. It declines the German aviation proposal. Regarding the settlement of territorial differences between the Czecho-Slovaks and Austria by arbitration, the Note further declares that the line of demarcation fixed by General Desperey must remain until the mattei w settled by the P"ace Conference.
