MAN FOUND DEAD.
IH RIGHT-OF-WAY OFF CURR.TE STREET. A man earned Albert Emtnpjiue! Schevinghammer, 2ft years of age, and single, was found dead in the right-of-way alongside the Jubilee B>ardiirjhouse in Cume Street,, at about 8 o'clock yesterday morning. -Deceased liad lived at the Jubilee Boardinghouae, and was known by the other occupants of the place to have been in poor'health .recently. Yesterday 'morning'. Mr. Hughes, the proprietor of the boardinghouse, went to Schevinghammer's i'oom at about 7 o'ekuk, and to a question us to how l;.c was, received a reply from deceased *o the effect that ho was not too well. About an hour later he was found, as stated, by Walter B. Kive'.l, while on his way io work. The matter was reported to the police and the coroner, and the body was removed to the morgue. Later, however, it was ascertained that deceased had been attended by Br McCleland, for some trouble to his foot, and the doctor had then given him a complete examination and was prepared to give a certificate as to the cause of death. An inquest will therefore not be necessary.
