Tho pro-, posals include increases in the allowance for widows of members and a reciprocal arrangement between the various Government superannuation funds and the National Provident Fund. This will, if carried into eliect, vastly improve com ditions, and the prospects of the memhern of the service. The aulvcomujit** toe's prospects were adopted.
