A t the Supremo Court, Norton Thomp. son, solicitor, of Hastings, was fotrad guilty of having received £155 17» 4d on terms requiring him to account for the same to Gotfried Petrowski, and of fraudulently converting it or part «f it to his own use, thereby committing theft. Sentence will he passed tomorrow.
