A REVOLUTION. CAKRIED ON BY RETURNING TROOPS. Received Jan. 17, 12.30 a.m. Mfljdrid, Jrn. 14. Postal communication with Portugal is interrupted, but frontier reports state that the revolution is carried on chiefly by troops returning from France, with the object of replacing the Government by supporters of ex-Prer ident Machado. —Router.
