It also notifies that In accordance with tho advice now received any prohibition against hides and slans, undressed fur-skins and rabbit-skins, havo been withdrawn. Permits to «x----poit these articles to the United Stated of America v> ill be freely granted in the meantime upon application addressed to the Comptroller of Customs, Wellington, except in tho catra of tallow, for which -no permit is required. j
