APPLICATIONS for employment in Home Service in the capacity of Guards for Internment Camp at Featberston Military Camp are invited from men between the ages of 19 and 50. Successful applicants will bo required to pass a Medical Examination. The rntes of pay and allowances of private soldiers will be as under: — (a) 5s per day with lodgings and rations. (b) A married allowance of Is per day. (c) A children's allowance of 9d per day for each child under 10 up to a maximum of 2s 3d per day. Promotion carrying extra pay will be made on merit in accordance with establishment. free clothing, boots and medical attention will be provided in all cases.
