Paris, Jan. 11. ' The statement is made that the trench •General Staif is responsible for the proposal that the male members of the German Imperial family shall he banished 'tu Algiers, on the ground that there can /be no safety while the Hohenzollerns remain at liberty.—Aua.-N.Z. Cable Assoc.
