Received Jan. 14, 2.50 p.m. Paris, Jau. 12. _ When the Peace Conference has considered thn League of Nations scheme and reached an agreement on general principles, the elaboration will be entrusted to a special committee, including Lord Robert Cecil, M. Bourjetais, and Colonel Hou&e.
Meanwhile the conference will discuss territorial and economic matters. The former will be considered in. the following oriLr: German, Austria, the Balkans, and Ruosia. INCLUSION OF BOLSHEVIKS.

Pie'avj, replying tc. the British Government's proposal that all Russian Governments be invited to declare a truce, paid a tribute to the generous spirit of universal reconciliation, but declined to agreed to the inclusion of the Bolsheviks oying to their criminal practices France is agreeable to the proposed invitation being given to other Russian Govern-ments.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assoc. LUXEMBURG'S FUTURE. ACTION BY THE GOVERNMENT. Received Jan. 14, 7.20 p.m. Amsterdam, Jan. xZ. With a view of facilitating the Peace Conference's settlement of Luxemburg's future, the Government has broken off commercial treaties with Germany. A reunion of Luxemburg with Belgium is openly canvassed, and it is suggested a plebiscite should be taken on the subject. It is reported that a republic will be proclaimed in the interval. -Aus.-N.Z.
