The Georgette is a new wooden vessel just .oil the stocks, of 757 tons register. She left San Froncisco_ on October 13 and arrived off Wellington lipids on December 14, but was carried away bj a strong westerly that sprang up. As she did not put in an appearance when favoring breezes came later fears were expressed as to her safety. Captain Johnston has his wife with hire, and a crew of thirteen.
