STRIKES AND RIOTING. . A DICTATORSHIP DECLARED. BOLSHEVIKS ORGAX3E GUARDS. Received Jan. 12, 5.5 p.m. New York, Jan. 11. A dictatorship lias been declared in the Argentine, in connection with the strikes, and many have been killed. There is rioting in Buenos Aires, and public buildings have been barricaded and a general strike lias 'bsen called, it :a estimated that 100 have been killed in the strikes. Trains are not running. Throughout the country the Bolsheviks have organised White Guards 10,000 strong—Aua.-N.Z Cable Assoc. .
