REGULATIONS GAZETTED. By Tekjrapb. —Prssa Ae.-.neiatioo. Wellington, Last Night. Tho Slaughtering and Inspection Amendment, Act of last year was passed for the purpose of placing cLjckg on the operations of tho Meat Trust Regulations under the Act wctj gazetted last night. They set oat the I'orm of the meat export licenses, which will have a currency of one yen-, unites previously revoked, and will be issued on tho following conditions:—'(a) That Cue licensee war at all times during <>..• currency of the license oupply to tho Minister for Agriculture all such information as tho Minister shall require regarding the business in respect of which the license is in force, and will, if so required (bj the Minister, cause any information so supplied to Iks verified by a statutory declaration. (b) That the licensee will at all times during tin currency of tho license, when so required by the Minister for Agriculture, afford to the MinWor, or to an officer of the New Zealand Government appointed by him la that be- % lialf, reaaonablo facilities for examining all books, correspondence, or other documents relating to the said business.
