Re the suggestion as to a list of names m order of merit. It really originated ln ,. , ovcr of Justice's" first letter, in r ' Ihe took exception to Mr Adlam's name being mentioned. It is somewhat interesting to endeavor to follow the intricate workings of this justice-levin* mind, .Wiish in the same letter ridicules a suggestion, which is really his own and then follows it out iby stating definitely that those he mentioned headed the list (giving "the most help.")
