The Bun's Paris correspondent states that the United States will not send American troops to Russia for any purpose. If Russia needs policing the Allies must undertake ifc. The Americans will lie sent home with the greatest speed, all probably leaving Europe by nest October. '

An Irish mass meeting passed a resolution asking President Wilson to support the principle of self-determination for Ireland at the Peace Conference.
