LAST WEEK'S RETURNS. The traffic returns for the Now Plymouth tramways for the week ending Sunday last are a little below those for the corresponding period .I. . I y ear - In 1918, when the returns conatltuted a record, the passengers carried during the New Year week totalled 41,642, and the revenue amounted to £3OB 18s Id.
