The New York World's Paris correspondent reports that according to a high authority, the Sinn Feiners who were elected recently will not qualify for the House of Commons, but will withdraw to Dublin at the end of January and adopt * constitution, form an Irish republic, and begin the duties of government without resistance by the English authorities.—Aus.
