-SEW YEAR GAIETIES. London, Jan. 1. Revels of extraordinary gaiety marked the New Yeiir at the West End. The handsomest dresses were worn and feasting and dancing lasted till a late hour. Boisterous crowds thronged the streets and there was much noise, but little unruliness.
