Received Jan. 5, 5.5 p.m. New York, Jan. 3. The New York Times's Paris correspondent interviewed Dr. Sokoloff (head of the European Zionist Committee), who said that Palestine should be bounded vn the west by the sea, pn the cast by the River Jordan, on the south by the River Littoni, and on the Dorth by El Arish.
