COST OP WAR TO AMERICA, Received Jan. i; 12.25 a.m. New York, Jan. 2. The New York Times' Washington correspondent states that the credits advanced to the Allies and-other belligerents by the United States total 8,455,000.000 dollars, of which 7,070,000,000 consisted of cash.
