TRAM RUNS OFF THE RAILS 3y Telegraph,—Pre33 Asßo;jatios. Wellington, Last Night. A tramcar ran off the line opposite thoNewtown library this evening, crossed the road and footpath, and broke through a fence. The car was crowded with people returning from tho bays. One passenger—Emily Lewis, of Hataitai—wont into a faint, and several liourfl 1 Liter ,had not regained consciousness.
